Alvin Aster negative collection, ca. 1930-194-?.

The Aster negatives consist mostly of scenes of New Jersey towns such as Elizabeth, Princeton, Morristown, Perth Amboy, East Orange, and over twohundred other localities. The collection includes images of historic sites, buidings, monuments, churches, the George Washington Bridge construction, parades, bridges, houses, parks, wilderness, foundries, barracks, mills, mines, schools, and the Morris Canal among others. Several Images are by Francis N. Lord. The collection also includes non-New Jersey scenes from Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and New York, as well as many images from the New York World's Fair (1939).
